Comeback!

Reunited once again for yet another moGNARchy Christmas Break! The crew has grown in numbers and we cant wait to show you what were up to. You gucci?

Looney Bin and a General Update

There you were, thinking that the moGNARchy was dead. That we had all grown up and gone off to college to become studious young individuals with sparkling reputations and bright futures, leaving our past as hooligan ski bums aside. You couldn't be more wrong. Although not currently reunited, the spirit of moGNARchy lives on inside each one of us.

Howa's currently living at the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota, pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a baseball megahero.

Mac's down at the University of Sucking Dick (San Diego). I think this picture pretty much explains it.

Hunter's refining his ability to make ladies faint at the sight of him over at Westminster.

 

 

And Hank, Mike, Adam, and I (Andy) are living the life of rage at the University of Utah where the beer flows like wine and beautiful women flock like the Salmon of Capistrano.

Which brings me to the second half of this update: Hank and I, along with our roommates Danny and Alex and a whole host of our new homies, have been working on a project that's going to blow your freaking mind. We're calling it the LOONEY BIN.

This motherfucker is like the moGNARchy on steroids. Rad ass skiing and snowboarding, ultrahesh skate seshing, thrashing at the Chapel of Rage and elsewhere, and all sorts of hood rat stuff with our friends. Here's our intro.






So as you can see, the moGNARchy is not dead, but it lives on in the heart of the Looney Bin. Think of the Looney Bin as the moGNARchy in it's horny, drunken, college years and you'll get the picture. Make sure to like us on Facebook here and check out our Vimeo channel here. Sunday Zen

     Every sunday the crew heads up to the snowy peaks for a good day of zen. With all the required materials we have ourselves a little BBQ and without we just rawdog it. After snowbird received mother natures bukakke, we took advantage and rode her hard. It was such a warm day avalanche danger was pretty high, so they closed Little Cottonwood Canyon leaving us stranded up there until 7:30. With that said it was enjoyable watching the sheer power of the avalanches as they fell after being shot down by Snowbirds ski patrol crew.

So begins our game of G.N.A.R. To familiarize your with the game of G.N.A.R you need to watch the movie G.N.A.R. The game of G.N.A.R was created by the pro skier Shane Mcconkey, who by the way shouldn't have ever been pro because I am so much better than him. G.N.A.R stands for Gaffney's Numerical Assessment of Radness. Originally the rules of  G.N.A.R  were spelled out in the book Squallywood, but since we do not own a copy and most importantly do not shred Squaw Valley our rules will be slightly different. First points will be awarded or deducted based on a group vote. Once a point value is agreed upon it cannot change and will be in effect for the entirety of the competition.

Steez Words Round 1: Classics

Steez Words are about as old as the moGNARchy itself. Back in 2009, we would create or discover 2 new words every week, and attempt to use them as much as we could. We'll be posting at least 2 new Steez Words every week so that all you hold farts can keep up with the hip new lingo. You can check out our Steez Word dictionary in the navigation bar at the top of this page. To start things off, here's a collection of my personal favorites from the good old days. These are...the classic Steez Words:


Brobley: Noun-The area where the inner thigh meets the pelvis. On individuals with well shaped abdominals, you can trace the line of muscle definition from the top of the hips to the brobleys.


Biscuit: Noun-A firearm, more specifically, a handgun.

Bombskees: Adjective-Possessing or having extreme steez, awesomeness, and all around badassery.

Brick: Adjective-Cold or lacking in heat.

Dangerosity: Noun-The characteristic of being dangerous.

Gnosh: Verb-To eat with gusto.
           Noun-A meal which will be eaten with great enthusiasm.

Gooch: Noun-The perineum or taint. I'll let you look that one up yourself.
            Verb-To pull something off very narrowly or 'by the hair of a gnat's ass."

Goomba: Noun-Originally derived from the mushroom demons of the Mario Bros. franchise, the term 'goomba' refers to anybody who is lesser than you in a particular activity or is generally lacking in steez.

Ignant: Adjective-The ignorant way of saying 'ignorant.' When something has an excess of thugly steezitude, it's ignant.


Moomba: Noun-Similar in to the word 'goomba,' a 'moomba' is somebody who generally just fails at everything in life.

Neasty: Adjective-Disgusting or revolting, particularly when referring to a person.

Punani: Noun-The Holiest of Holeys. Whispering Eye so good, it's sacred.

Retardulous: Adjective-Something that is so ridiculous, it's straight retarded.

Scrilla: Noun-Money


Steez: Noun-Straight up easy flow and mad unique style. Confidence and skill expressed via actions and phrases that knock people back in awe an amazement. You either got it or you don't. Combination of the words 'style' and 'ease.'
